Who’s at the helm?
Vigoroom UK is under the guidance of Dr Neil Thompson. Formerly a university professor and now a visiting professor at the Open University, Neil has published over 40 books, has been a speaker at conferences and seminars in 14 countries and is a sought-after conference speaker and training facilitator. He is renowned for his ability to express complex ideas clearly and simply without oversimplifying them.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Professional Development and the Higher Education Academy, and a Life Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and the Institute of Welsh Affairs. He has won awards for his writings and his professional work.
His approach is based on the three Ps: People | Problems | Potential. Where there are people, sooner or later, there will be problems, but there will also be potential. Neil’s work is geared towards addressing the problems and realising the potential.
